House Rules

Our house is no smoking and no animals so we can remain available for those that have allergies. Must be 25 or older to book.

By booking this property you and all persons hereby adhere to all articles of the Rental Agreement.

Should you bring more guests than reflected by your reservation you may be asked to leave the property without a refund and/or pay an additional $25 per night per person.

You will be staying in a wooded area, there are bugs and potential for other pests. While we take precautions with regular pest control, due to being so close to nature there are times when pests will make their way in. Please reach out should there be a serious issue.

The space
Main Floor:
The main floor has a beautiful kitchen which offers all you would need to make a perfect meal. The dining room table seats 6 and the kitchen island bar has 3 more seats. There is a cozy fireplace with 2 armchairs, a living room with new sectional couch, Roku smart TV, washer/ dryer, and half bath on this level. The main floor bedroom has a queen bed, ensuite full bathroom, nightstand and large closet.

Also, the beautiful extra-wide outdoor deck can be accessed from this level. This deck has 3 sitting areas, including a 6-person dining table and propane grill. This is the perfect place to kick back and relax while gazing at the view of the mountains.

Upper level:
The large upper level has a big living room with 55-inch Roku smart TV, new large sectional couch, and large armchair. This level also has a full bathroom and 2 bedrooms. Each bedroom on this level has a queen bed, nightstand, dresser and large closet.

Lower level:
The lower level has a game room with tons of board games, sit at bar, large smart TV, washer/ dryer, a full bath and large bedroom. The bedroom has 2 full beds, dresser, couch and ensuite bathroom. This is the perfect level for family fun!

The lower level is ground level and offers access to the backyard patio with two sitting areas and the large hot tub area. This is the perfect place to kick back and enjoy while sitting around the huge fire pit.

Heavenly Hills is ideally located-
Blue Ridge town center, with all its beautiful restaurants and shops, is only 9 minutes away! Mercier Orchards is only 3 miles away. It's just a few minutes' drive to Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, Walmart, and groceries. This cabin is close to the marina, zip line, waterfalls, hiking and many more adventurous activities.


Please be advised that insects and wildlife are a matter of fact in Blue Ridge. The cabin receives regular treatments that keeps these pests under control to ensure that you have a comfortable stay.

It's just a few minutes' drive to Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, Walmart, and groceries. This cabin is close to the marina, zip line, waterfalls, hiking and many more adventurous activities.

The cabin is in a quiet community and so we ask that our guests are respectful and keep noise to a minimum. The roads in this community are paved and in good condition. Heavenly Hills has a large driveway that can hold 5 cars.
