House Rules
Our house is no smoking and no animals so we can remain available for those that have allergies. Must be 25 or older to book.
We recommend getting travelers insurance to protect yourself from those unexpected things, like weather, that could impact your trip. We can't make exceptions to the cancelation policy based these types of events.
By booking this property you and all persons hereby adhere to all articles of the Rental Agreement.
Should you bring more guests than reflected by your reservation you may be asked to leave the property without a refund and/or pay an additional $25 per night per person.
You will be staying near the beach and ocean, there are bugs and potential for other pests. While we take precautions with regular pest control, due to being so close to nature there are times when pests will make their way in. Please reach out should there be a serious issue.
